In 2015, we acquired our tooling manufacturer and from that day, we have invested in and developed the business to perfectly compliment and service our softgel manufacture. From the facility in South Wales and with over 10 years experience, we manufacture high quality, precision engineering equipment for the manufacture of soft gelatin capsules, which are vital to ensuring the EuroCaps softgel product is of the highest quality available.
The continued development, capability improvement and high standard of precision engineering at EuroCaps Engineering are key factors in the continued development of EuroCaps’ capabilities. The EuroCaps Engineering team are involved in many of the aspects of product design and manufacture and their input plays a vital role in maintaining the extremely high quality of EuroCaps softgels.
We are also able to manufacture bespoke encapsulation dies of various shapes and sizes (or indeed any other bespoke softgel equipment) in house, which provides great flexibility and control in softgel projects and is another good reason to consider EuroCaps for softgel manufacture.
